First, I am so sorry you are going through this. I’m going to give you a bunch of stuff and hopefully one will help.
Years ago, I did all the Microgen and rounds and rounds of antibiotics. I even catharized myself with antibiotics. I kept getting sicker and sicker. Finally, my cousin, who is an Infectious Disease doctor told me to stop doing Microgen. That our urine isn’t supposed to be sterile. At this point, my whole body was very ill. I was becoming resistant to antibiotics and had totally destroyed my gut. I ended up with a bacterial infection in my gut that got out of control and took 6 years to kill. My stomach is much better today but it can still flare due to my SIBO. I completely stopped all antibiotics and slowly began to heal.

He gave me an estrogen suppository, in a fatty base, from a compounding pharmacy. Most doctors give estrogen that is in some kind of chemical base and it made me flare.
I did end up with an acute enterococcus infection in April, after years of being free of infection, from a hot tub that wasn’t clean. I actually think my body was fighting it off by itself but I got the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine and my doctor believes I couldn’t fight both. My bladder lost. (Note- I’m not saying anything for/against vaccine, just a part of my personal story)
These are my recommendations:
1 – check out dr. Fowler. Get on his regime of an estrogen suppository and ways to clean yourself.
2 – go onto amazon and buy Buchulife. Do the 2-pills a day for three days regime and the continue with one each night, and then every other night.
3 – go to Penn Herb buy buchu leaves to make tea to drink throughout the day. https://www.pennherb.com
4 – also on Penn Herb buy Parsley leaves pills because it supports the buchu leaves.
5 – invest in a juicer! First thing in the morning, warm up some water and add a half of a lemon. Then drink a juice mixture of: Celery, Apple, Carrots, Lemon, Ginger
6 – separately juice more ginger. Drink lemon and ginger, sometimes with and sometimes without buchu tea, throughout the day. Ginger is great if you are dealing with enterococcus.
7 – buy Ellura from amazon. Mostly for e-coli but I continue to take it.
8 – get a good probiotic with vaginal health. I also drink Green Vibrance.
9 – this one is controversial for people, so talk with your doctor, I hope you have a good one. Read the book Iodine by Dr. Bernstein. https://drbrownstein.directfrompublisher.com/catalog/book/iodine I take 12-15 drops a day. Take it after you urinate so that it is in the bladder for as long as possible. If I worry something is coming on, I take 10 drops in the morning and another 10 drops in the evening.
10 – I recommend you take steps to heal your gut as well. Take digestive enzymes and bitters. My favorite bitter is Iberogast. DGL is great to soothe the stomach. I also take mastic gum. Love it!
11 – on amazon buy Vmagic and rub on your labia after you urinate each time. It has been a lifesaver!!
12 – for your mental health, I bought and love, Levium. UTIs has caused serious anxiety issues for me and this product has helped.
13 – other randoms. I take NAC, Vit D (supposed to help the bladder), vit B-12. I am a vegetarian. I was told that chicken can lead to e-coli infections. Technically so can the eggs, but women need choline from the eggs to support their menstrual cycle. So I wash the eggshell before opening it. I also do castor oil packs occasionally.

Remember different bacteria thrive in different pH environments. Entercoccus is gram positive and therefore hates an acidic bladder. E-coli is gram negative and hates a basic bladder.
