Substitute Tea

A lot of teas are high oxalate. Try different ones and record your bodies reaction in your food journal

Ingredients

1 cup of filtered water
1 tsp or more of grated ginger*
1 tsp or more of lemon juice
Manuka honey to taste
Scoop of collagen (your preference)

Directions:

Bring water to a boil, add in rest of ingredients. Enjoy!

* Ginger is a potent H2 receptor antagonist as Zantac/ranitidine
