Creamy Berry Smoothie

2 Servings

Ingredients

1/4 avocado (avocados are high histamine, try and test)
1 cup blueberries
1 cup cherries – mixed
2 tbsps flax seeds (optional to use chia seeds but they are high oxalate)
Juice of 2 limes
1 cup non-dairy milk (Flax, Rice, Oat preferably. Almond and Soy are high oxalate and high histamine)
5 ice cubes
Optional add a handful of Lacinto Kale or Arugula
Optional add a cucumber*

Directions:

  1. Wash and pat all produce dry.
  2. De-pit and score avocado and transfer to blender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.

* Cucumbers are analgesic, antioxidant.
